摘要: Mineralized collagen (MC) is a biomimetic material that mimics natural bone matrix in terms of both chemical composition and microstructure. The MC possesses good biocompatibility osteogenic activity, capable guiding regeneration as being used for defect repair. However, mechanical strength existing artificial too low to provide effective support at human load-bearing sites, so it can only be the repair non-load-bearing such filling, graft augmentation, on. In present study, high was developed by using template mineralization calcium phosphate, then followed cold compression molding process with certain pressure. appearance density dense were similar those cortical bone, phase conformity animal’s demonstrated XRD. Mechanical properties tested results showed compressive comparable while modulus cancellous bone. Such able help avoid stress shielding application regeneration. Both vitro cell experiments vivo implantation assay material, stability evaluation indicated this high-strength could long-term sites.
