摘要: The genus Albugo with A. candida as the type species causes white blister rust disease in economically important crops. Recently, molecular approaches revealed high degree of genetic diversity exhibited within complex. However, before any taxonomic division complex at level, correct status on Capsella bursapastoris, from which it was originally described, should be determined. A worldwide study pathogens C. bursa-pastoris performed 36 specimens, using morphological analysis and sequence cytochrome c oxidase subunit II (COX2) region mtDNA, internal transcribed spacer (ITS) rDNA, D1 D2 regions nrDNA. Specimens were obtained Asia (India, Korea, Palestine), Europe (England, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Netherlands, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland), North South America (Argentina, Canada, USA), Oceania (Australia). data indicated strong support for a partition separating Korean other continental specimens. There 7.25, 17.4, 4.8% dissimilarity between two groups COX2, ITS, 28S regions, respectively. surface ornamentation oospores specimens morphologically distinguished previously known characteristics candida. Therefore, koreana sp. nov., collected is described here. concept sensu stricto discussed specimen determined this species.
