摘要: Plastic bronchitis is a rare and often fatal complication of single-ventricle surgical palliation after total cavopulmonary connection. Although lymphatic abnormalities have been postulated to play role in the disease process, etiology pathophysiology this remain incompletely understood. Here we report on plastic child with connection as demonstrated by magnetic resonance (MR) lymphangiography. We also new treatment disease. The patient underwent noncontrast T2-weighted MR mapping dynamic contrast lymphangiography bi-inguinal intranodal injection determine anatomy flow pattern lymph his central system. MRI scan presence dilated right-sided peribronchial network supplied retrograde through large collateral vessel originating from thoracic duct.
