摘要: Plastic bronchitis is a rare condition characterized by the formation and expectoration of long, branching bronchial casts that develop in tracheobronchial tree cause airway obstruction. has become increasingly recognized as feared complication Fontan operation with mortality up to 50%. We report an 11 year old boy who developed severe plastic following repair successful long-term control cast utilizing low-fat diet subsequent thoracic duct ligation.
