Thermodynamic curvature of the BTZ black hole

摘要: Some thermodynamic properties of the Ba\~nados-Teitelboim-Zanelli (BTZ) black hole are studied to get effective dimension its corresponding statistical model. For this purpose, we make use geometrical approach thermodynamics: Considering as a system with two variables (the mass $M$ and angular momemtum $J$), obtain two-dimensional Riemannian geometry described by positive definite Ruppeiner metric. From curvature find that extremal limit is critical point. The spatial near-extremal BTZ holes one. Far from point, becomes less than one, which leads one possible speculation on underlying structure for
