摘要: Neural structures containing luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) are characterized in adult ewe and female lamb brains. Three anti-LHRH antisera used an immunofluorescent or immunoperoxidase method. On our preparations, all three gave the same results, expressed as number of labelled cells (about 2500 a whole brain). It was found that 95% LHRH-immunoreactive located preoptico-hypothalamic area, where cell bodies localized mainly (50%) area surrounding organum vasculosum lamina terminalis (OVLT); they also more anterior section medial part olfactory tubercle septum (14%), posterior situation lateral hypothalamus (16%), mediobasal (15%). Fibres originating various group reach OVLT median eminence. The remaining (5%) fibres tel-, di-, mesencephalic areas.
