摘要: Abstract Mitochondrial profile densities in electronmicrographs were counted the swimming blastula, mesenchyme gastrula and prism stages of sea urchin embryos Sphaerechinus granularis . No numerical changes statistically apparent. When areas investigated, mean values stage showed no statistical differences. However, increased measured blastula stage. This increase might be related to an embryonic volumina In contrast earlier reported data, results indicate that mitochondrial density S. does not alter during development these stages.
