摘要: Contents of the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle intermediates, coenzyme A (CoA) derivatives, and carnitine derivatives were estimated in developing eggs embryos sea urchin, Anthocidaris crassispina. Levels TCA intermediates unfertilized similar. The level malate increased remarkably after fertilization reached a plateau just before hatching out. Slight elevation citrate was also observed during early development. These suggest that metabolism is altered Long-chain fatty acyl-CoA accumulated eggs. Its decreased fertilization, then gradually until late gastrula stage turned to decline. Free CoA peak around stage, thereafter it decreased, while short-chain fertilization. Crude synthase from urchin fertilized inhibited by palmitoyl-CoA, though dehydrogenase not inhibited. palmitoyl-CoA-caused inhibition relieved spermine spermidine. In view palmitoyl-CoA at concentrations eggs, enzyme probably long-chain released state decrease increase polyamines following
