摘要: In sea urchin embryos, the rate of respiration, as a result electron transport through mitochondrial respiratory chain, was enhanced after hatching without any change in intrinsic capacity mitochondria. The increase accompanied by an evident decrease intracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) concentration levels diphosphate (ADP) and monophosphate (AMP). Adenosine is proposed to fortify acceptor control respiration at high concentrations reduce even presence ADP, acceptor. relationships between ATP embryos were same those mitochondria isolated from obtained ADP embryos. Probably, because level ATP. kept medium containing adenosine, increased especially hatching, level, made low expected, based on probably depends concentration, irrespective developmental stage early development.
