摘要: There is a large body of evidence suggesting that blood flow and oxygenation human tumors are important research topics which may explain, in particular, resistance to radiation many antineoplastic drugs, can limit the curability solid by radiotherapy chemotherapy. This manuscirpt reviews clinical investigations have been performed regarding status oncology. The possible uses limitations prognostic significance changes under therapy measuring were discussed. In addition several aproaches summarized, improve microvascular O 2 availability perfusion-limited delivery. The data concerning flow, vascular function relevant for patient selection oncology. Strategies traditional cancer modulation remain quite promising but more critical sophisticated studies necessary before its true potential known.
