摘要: Abstract The California High Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) have developed a new statewide model to support evaluation of high-speed rail alternatives in State California. approach this explicitly recognizes unique characteristics intraregional travel demand interregional demand. As result, models capture behavior important longer distance travel, such as induced trips, business commute decisions, recreational attributes destinations, reliability party size, access egress modal options. Intraregional rely on local highway transit associated with shorter trips (such commuting shopping).
