摘要: Background and objective The aim of this study is to explore the effects different modes lymph node dissection in early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) on survival rate, prognostic factors, discuss clinical application lobe-specific dissection. Methods A total 379 patients with completely resected pathological stage I NSCLC between years 1998 2005 at Shanghai Chest Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among patients, 148 placed systematic group 150 group. All them (T1a-2aN0M0). differences two groups compared. Results No statistical difference was found sets data terms features distribution (P>0.05). overall had no stage, type, tumor size significantly differed groups. duration surgery, blood loss, transfusion, drain secretion, drainage, hospital stay also (P<0.01). complications as well (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic does not improve five-year rates NSCLC. critically affect prognosis. Lobe-specific can reduce perioperative risks. DOI: 10.3779/j.issn.1009-3419.2012.09.05
