摘要: The genetic and clinical features of glioblastoma with an oligodendroglial component (GBMO), pathologically defined as anaplastic oligo-astrocytoma necrosis, remain unclear. We investigated the correlation between alterations outcomes in 19 GBMO patients we have encountered since 1997. Using single nucleotide polymorphism oligonucleotide genomic (SNP) microarrays, analyzed gene amplification, loss heterozygosity (LOH), homozygous deletions their whole genome. also overall survival (OS). Pathological studies revealed presence calcification 11 a cyst 9 patients. Whole-genome analysis using SNP microarrays LOH chromosome 10 11, EGFR amplification 8, 9p21 (INK4 locus) deletion 12, PDGFR 2, 1p19q 2 Median OS was 14 months (average 22.8 months). pattern similar multiforme (GBM) patients, were GBM
