摘要: There is disclosed a polymeric piezoelectric ultrasonic probe using member which comprises member; common electrode formed on one surface of the and electrodes for driving provided as opposed to with being interposed therebetween, thin film. The present invention has advantages that not only breaking or short circuit shaped in rectangular strips can be prevented, but also it becomes possible connect lead wires good reliability. Besides, cumbersomeness registration during lamination members cancelled, acoustic-electrical coupling cross-talk reduced.
