Association between HLA class genes and severity of chronic hepatitis B

摘要: AIM: To investigate the association between polymorphism of HLA -DRB1, -DQA1 and –DQB1 alleles severity chronic hepatitis B. METHODS: HLA-DRB1, in 54 patients with B 32 severe were analyzed by using polymerase chain reaction/sequence specific primer (PCR/SSP) technique. RESULTS: The frequency HLA-DRB1*1 001 allele group was markedly higher than that (14.1% vs 1.9%, χ2=19.2997, Pc =0.0281, RR=9.78). No significant different frequencies HLA-DQA1 HLA-DQB1 observed group. CONCLUSION: is closely associated B, may be a valuble marker evaluating prognosis Jiang YG, Wang YM.
