摘要: Abstract Histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi) can change the histone acetylation and significantly enhance developmental competence of pre-implantation SCNT embryo. To find a suitable inhibitor to improve success rate potentially ability handmade cloning (HMC) embryos porcine, we preferred VPA study effect on HMC embryo development, their level expression relevant genes. The blastocyst number cells treated with (HMC-V) were higher than that control (HMC-C). In addition, (acH3K14) HMC-V at 2-cell stage was PA HMC-C embryos. However, H3K14 1-cell, had no significant difference between Hat1, Oct4 Nanog in blastocysts, compared blastocysts. contrast, Hdac2 lower blastocysts those Our results demonstrated could promote development increase levels OCT4 gene, while reduced gene comparable pointed out effectively correct abnormal during subsequently full-term potential after transplantation.
