摘要: All over the world, incidence of Salmonella spp contamination on different food sources like broilers, clams and cow milk has increased rapidly in recent years. The multifaceted properties Salomnella serovars allow microorganism to grow multiply various matrices, even under adverse conditions. Therefore, methods are needed detect trace this pathogen along entire supply network. In present work, PFGE ERIC-PCR were used subtype 45 isolates belonging derived from origins. Among these isolates, S. Enteritidis Kentucky found be most predominant serovars. Discrimination Index obtained by (0.85) was slightly below acceptable confidence value. best discriminatory ability observed when typing method alone (DI = 0.94) or combined with 0.93). A wide variety profiles between using or/and ERIC-PCR. This diversity is particularly important sample origins varied within same sampling origin.
