摘要: Research efforts for the management of cancer, in particular lung are directed to identify new strategies its early detection. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) a promising class circulating biomarkers cancer detection, but lack consensus on data normalization methods has affected diagnostic potential miRNAs. There is growing interest techniques that allow an absolute quantification miRNAs which could be useful diagnosis. Recently, digital PCR, mainly based droplets generation, emerged as affordable technology precise and nucleic acids. In this work, we described interesting approach profiling plasma samples using chip-based platform, QuantStudio 3D PCR. The proposed method was validated synthethic oligonucleotide at serial dilutions patients tissues cell lines. Given reproducibility reliability, our potentially applied identification other biological such exosomes or protein complexes. As chip-digital PCR becomes more established, it would robust tool quantitative assessment miRNA copy number diagnosis diseases.
