摘要: The FOXO1 transcription factor is important for multiple aspects of reproductive function. We previously reported that functions as a repressor gonadotropin hormone synthesis, but how regulated in pituitary gonadotropes unknown. growth factors, insulin and insulin-like I (IGF1), function key regulators cell proliferation, metabolism apoptosis types through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. In this study, we found IGF1 induced phosphorylation pathway immortalized primary cells, resulting relocation from nucleus to cytoplasm. Furthermore, administration vivo AKT pituitary. Thus, act negative activity may serve fine-tune expression.
