摘要: Vertically oriented and ferrocene functionalized mesoporous silica thin films have been prepared by combining the electrochemically assisted self-assembly (EASA) method with click chemistry. The resulting are electroactive, involving an electron hopping mechanism between adjacent moieties. electrochemical oxidation of into ferricinium ion generates positive charges that compensated ingress anions film, opening door to possible indirect amperometric detection non-electroactive flow injection analysis. Operating in electrolyte-free flow, each anion (e.g., NO3−) at electrode biased a suitable potential (i.e., +0.5 V) gave rise response proportional concentration. However, avoid decrease signal due progressive consumption multiple successive analyses, it was necessary regenerate reduction moieties, which can be achieved in-situ square wave amperometry. feasibility apply such scheme suppressed chromatography (for detecting mixture) also demonstrated.
