摘要: Results of a computer modeling and analytical estimations frequency-dependent dielectric properties composite material with stochastic structure in the frequency range from 1 mHz to kHz are presented compared experimentally obtained parameters. The studied was mixture materials having considerably different properties, where inclusion phase volume fraction 0.31 distributed randomly host forming complex three-dimensional structure. For such dielectric, applicability bounds on effective permittivity known mixing formulas for estimating parameters is examined. numerical simulations performed using measured characteristics constituents reconstructed composite, yielded values which were good agreement ones. Frequency variations computed distributions microscale electric field energy losses bulk discussed.
