摘要: In the past, survival of thermally injured patient was greatly hindered by invasive infection that originated in burn wound. Current treatment modalities, including early excision wound and prompt closure, administration systemic antibiotics topical antimicrobial agents, mechanical isolation, have improved survival. However, sequelae continue to be leading causes morbidity mortality for patient. addition, remains highly susceptible other infectious processes. A thorough understanding control burns are essential successful injuries.
