摘要: Many literacy teachers are creating contexts for students to learn and use a range of reading comprehension strategies. As useful as strategy instruction is, relatively little has been documented on the ways in which strategies can become tools critical literacy. In this paper, author illustrates how tool literacy, focusing specific visualizing. Drawing data collected from yearlong qualitative study three after-school book clubs adolescent girls, discusses adolescents visualize texts what happens when they share their visualizations. sharing visualizations, were “see” people world, why see that way.
