Using a hierarchical linear modeling approach found that although all participants reported using some DBT before started, treated times more at end than treatment. Significant mediation effects also indicated fully mediated decrease suicide attempts depression increase anger over time. partially nonsuicidal self-injury Anger suppression expression were not mediated. This first clearly support deficit model for by indicating increasing change suicidal behavior, depression, control.
