摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between DBT practitioners’ skill use and consultation team on burnout stress levels. exploratory in nature used a mixed methods convenience sample that surveyed practitioners through an international list serve. Burnout were measured along with use, perspectives team, demographic information. included 135 survey responses participants varied Results found there negative correlation general skills frequent basis find helpful reducing stress. On whole, respondents had very low scores only 3.7% those falling above threshold. Respondents views around but it alleviating their cases.
