摘要: The present invention provides minicircle nucleic acid vector formulations for use in administering to a subject, wherein the vectors include polynucleotide of interest, product hybrid sequence unidirectional site-specific recombinase, and are devoid plasmid backbone bacterial DNA sequences. Also provided methods producing subject as well subject. compositions find variety different applications, including both research therapeutic applications.
