摘要: This study examined the relationship between domains of quality life and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms in 319 male veterans a randomized trial group psychotherapy. Confirmatory factor analyses suggested 4-factor model (achievement, self-expression, relationships, surroundings) fit better than unidimensional model. Clinically meaningful symptom change was associated with greater all domains. At pretreatment, numbing uniquely predicted Change avoidance hyperarousal achievement. reexperiencing self-expression. relationships. Examining PTSD may provide important information for treatment planning evaluation.
