摘要: 1. ,The influence of benthic algae on heterotrophic metabolism in a forested Mediterranean stream was investigated. Bacterial density and ectoenzymatic activities, as well algal biomass (chlorophyll-a) (the rate 14C incorporation), were measured during colonization over 60 days artificial substrata (clay tiles) under light dark conditions. 2. ,Chlorophyll-a the incorporation significantly higher light-grown than dark-grown biofilms. activity (especially β-glucosidase) also biofilms. 3. ,Regressions chlorophyll-a values activities significant. The slopes regression lines obtained for biofilms those -grown biofilms. 4. differences slope (of lines) between suggest that response heterotrophs is faster with low accrual slows down when increased. 5. ,It concluded accumulation epilithic biofilm influences use organic matter by community increasing amount substrate available bacteria.
