摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate correlation between serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels and coronary artery calcification (CAC) in patients without renal failure, as well determine independent risk factors CAC score (CACS). A total 157 who underwent computed tomography angiographic examination at 101th Hospital People's Liberation Army December 2013 February 2015 were retrospectively evaluated. PTH CACS determined using a Pearson analysis. receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve drawn best cutoff level for prediction CAC. association analyzed by logistic regression analysis model with response variable Be binary class. results revealed that group significantly higher than those non-calcification group. positively correlated (r=0.288, P<0.001). ROC suggested ≥31.05 pg/ml cut-off point CAC, sensitivity 80.88%, specificity 60.67% an area under 0.761. After including predictive (gender, age, smoking status, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, body mass index, glomerular filtration rate calcium, phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus product, magnesium, PTH, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein triglyceride, high-density cholesterol C-reactive protein levels), odds ratio regarding 1.050 (95% confidence interval, 1.027-1.074; In conclusion, are failure may thus be used reliable predictor
