摘要: Coronary artery calcification (CAC) leads to a significant increase in cardiovascular morbidity and mortality hemodialysis (HD) patients. Metabolic acidosis, which is common HD patients, promotes bone resorption human animals as result of buffer function bone, calcium phosphate elute from into blood stream. However, the effect acidosis on CAC patients has never been precisely investigated. This cross-sectional observational study performed single center. One hundred seven prevalent (35 women 72 men) underwent electron-beam computed tomography (EBCT) evaluate score (CACS), then we evaluated associated factors CACS with clinical laboratory parameters including pre-HD pH bicarbonate levels. Pre-HD levels were 7.35 ± 0.04, 17.6 ± 1.8mmol/L, respectively. The had no correlation (r = −0.025, P = 0.81). was significantly negatively correlated (r = −0.329, P = 0.0009) serum albumin (r = −0.298, P = 0.0467), while it positively age (r = 0.319, P = 0.0008) duration (r = 0.385, P = 0.0004). Serum calcium, phosphorus, intact parathyroid hormone, use phosphorus binders not related CACS. Multivariate analysis indicated that plasma level independently present showed Further studies are needed confirm these results determine whether correction metabolic prevents development CAC, one features accelerated atherosclerosis
