摘要: Abstract T cell subsets in 10 patients receiving amiodarone were evaluated, and their thyroid function antithyroid antibodies assessed. A generalized increase a recently discovered subset of cells expressing complex ganglioside antigen reacting with monoclonal antibody 3G5 was found. Two patients, one hyperthyroidism the other euthyroid Graves' ophthalmopathy, had an additional abnormality—marked la-positive (an abnormality typical spontaneous disease). In hyperthyroid patient, disappeared within three weeks after discontinued. The normal numbers cells. These studies indicate that alters major resting for almost all is associated la selected patients. abnormalities suggest precipitates organ-specific autoimmunity susceptible persons.
