摘要: Abstract Near infrared absorption (0.5 to 6 micro) in n -type single crystal SnO 2 varies directly with the concentration of free carriers over range e = 10 17 × 19 cm −3 , and third power wavelength. The magnitude wavelength dependence do not change 50–300°K, but increases slightly while decreases between 300 900°K. Comparing results existing theory indicates optical polar modes are dominant electron scattering at 300°K, minor contributions from ionized impurities. Absorption bands beyond micro arise combinations lattice fundamentals.
