摘要: Objectives This study investigated the effectiveness of three different dentin adhesive systems on adhesion resin composite to both and enamel. Method materials The flat enamel surfaces 60 extracted human molar teeth were exposed by wet grinding with 600-grit silicon carbide paper. One total-etch self-priming system (Prime & Bond NT), one two-step self-etching primer (Clearfil SE Bond), "all-in-one" (Prompt L-Pop) evaluated. Each bonding was applied according manufacturer's instructions followed (TPH Spectrum) application. Twenty-four hours after bonding, subjected shear testing. There 10 replicates for each group. Results Prompt L-Pop exhibited significantly higher bond strength values (27 +/- 4.2 MPa) than all other groups. no statistically significant differences among adhesives. showed dentin. between strengths Clearfil Prime NT. Conclusions produced high coronal ground surfaces. These seem be very promising further clinical applications, results are encouraging success these simplified systems. even better conventional systems, especially system, which highest
