摘要: Abstract The Drosophila seven-up (svp) gene was isolated as a lethal insertion in an "enhancer trap" screen. It is expressed and required photoreceptor cell precursors R1, R3, R4, R6 during eye development. absence of svp + function causes transformation these cells toward R7 fate, judged by morphology expression R7-specific marker.
