摘要: In this study, the total saponins from root of Platycodon grandiflorum (PGSt) was subjected to D101 macroreticular resin column chromatography afford four fractions (PGS30, PGS50, PGS75 and PGS95). PGSt its were evaluated compared for haemolytic activities adjuvant potentials on specific cellular humoral immune responses ICR mice against recombinant hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg).
