摘要: Combination HIV prevention interventions that integrate efficacious behavioral and biomedical strategies offer the potential to reduce new infections. We overview efficacy data for three approaches, namely microbicides, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), vaccination; review factors associated with differential acceptability uptake of these methods; suggest optimize effectiveness dissemination combination approaches. A narrative was conducted highlighting key PrEP, an vaccination summarizing each Recommendations integration combined approaches are provided. To date, microbicides have demonstrated limited HIV.
