摘要: Recent progress in our understanding of the unique role A(2B) receptors regulation inflammation, immunity, and tissue repair was considerably facilitated with introduction new pharmacological genetic tools. However, it also led to seemingly conflicting conclusions on adenosine inflammation some publications indicating proinflammatory effects others suggesting opposite. This chapter reviews functions various cell types related integrated receptor modulation several animal models inflammation. It is argued that translation current findings into novel therapies would require a better diverse inflammatory responses tissues at different points their progression.
