摘要: Epigenetics, referring to alterations in gene expression without a change nucleotide sequence eukaryotes, mainly includes DNA methylation, miRNA and histone modification. In recent years, accumulating evidences have shown that epigenetic aberrations not only play important roles the initiation development of human cancers but also affect cancer chemotherapy response by altering key genes involved absorption, distribution, metabolism excretion drugs or those correlated with progression severity cancers. These alterations, along advanced detecting techniques, great potential be used as predictive prognostic biomarkers for personalized therapy, especially field treatment. Here we provide an overview findings on response, aim promoting rational use clinic.
