摘要: TAR-DNA-binding protein 43 (TDP-43) has been identified as a major component protein of ubiquitin-positive inclusions in brains from patients with frontotemporal lobar degeneration with ubiquitin-positive inclusions (FTLD-U) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
