摘要: The structure of a light-adapting hormone the shrimp, Pandalus borealis, has been determined. hormone, which had isolated from eyestalks and adapts shrimp to brighter light conditions by causing pigment in distal retinal cells eye move into more proximal position, is peptide: Asn-Ser-Gly-Met-Ile-Asn-Ser-Ile-Leu-Gly-Ile-Pro-Arg-Val-Met-Thr-Glu-Ala-NH2. was obtained sequence analysis dansyl-Edman method intact tryptic thermolytic peptides.
