摘要: Upon reviewing his 1964, 1976, and 1979 studies on the extent of suboptimal scale plants firms in industrial markets, Leonard Weiss 1991 concluded that, “In most industries great majority is suboptimal. In a typical industry there are, let's say, one hundred firms. Typically only about five to ten them will be operating at MES (miniumum efficient sc ale ) level output, or anything like it. So here subject that ought measured critically analyzed evaluated.”1
