摘要: IUCN, WWF and the US National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) have developed this guidebook to assist marine protected area (MPA) managers in assessing performance of their MPA. Based on assessment, it shows how necessary changes can be made improve management measures. It presents a flexible approach that used many types MPA offers variety specific biological, socio-economic governance indicators measure effectiveness actions achieving goals objectives.
