摘要: Resume Au moyen des techniques de colorations histochimiques et histoautoradiographiques (incorporation 35 SO 4 2− ) on a etudie la nature distribution mucopolysaccharides dans l'oviducte les gangues muqueuses qui entourent ovocytes R. pipiens . On observe que sulfomucines, abondantes zone proximale couche 1 gangues, sont faiblement representees mediane 2 l'ovocyte ou predominent acides type carboxylique. La distale ainsi 3 contiennent, par contre, une quantite plus reduite Les deux utilisees revelent peu sulfomucines alors donnent un resultat negatif historadiographies, positif. Nous avons chacune trois regions se retrouve couches gangue gelatineuse l'ovocyte. Certains aspects signification ces differentes gelatineuses discutes.
