摘要: During meiotic reinitiation of the mouse oocyte, entry into M-phase is regulated by changes protein phosphorylation and stimulation selective mRNA translation following nuclear membrane dissolution. Our results reveal that kinases (MAP kinase histone H1 kinase) are being activated together with S6 elF4E, cap-binding subunit initiation factor elF-4F. In order to test which signaling pathway(s) is(are) involved, okadaic acid cycloheximide have been used as tools for differentially modulating MAP activities. A role in elF4E activation suggested. The possible implication p90 rsk and/or p70 s6k overall increase activity has examined. does not appear be involved since phosphorylated forms found prophase maturing oocytes. contrast, correlates kinase. These suggest mostly due activation. roles physiological induction acid-induced premature mitotic events discussed.
