摘要: Recruiting and retaining participants is critical to determine the impacts cost-effectiveness of behavioural change programmes. This article reports on main issues that influenced participants' recruitment participation in a pilot Australian energy behaviour programme for low-income participants. Results indicated was more effective if were recruited through social networks, promoted by word mouth logistical barriers removed. also show potential financial savings driver individuals participate programme, with environmental motivations as second reason participation.
