摘要: Interim evaluations of government programs can sometimes reveal lower than expected outcomes, leading to the question how adjustments be made while program is still underway. Although adaptive management frameworks provide a practical roadmap address this question, lack successful learnings and poor implementation have hampered progress wider application management. Using case study involving an energy efficiency targeting low-income households, article provides supporting evidence on facilitated applied. Factors such as proactive responsive leadership, establishing research-practice interface, recognizing skills, expertise, contributions multiple stakeholders guided program, later paved way for longer-term organizational learning that impacted other are delivered.
