Aortic endograft thrombosis after colorectal surgery in lithotomy position

摘要: Aortic endograft limb occlusion is a serious complication after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair. We describe yet unreported cause of occlusion, the lithotomy position. Two patients with and colorectal cancer underwent an initial repair followed by resection in occurred both immediately operation.
