摘要: It is known that the pathological course of pregnancy associated with a violation in mutually dependent complex “mother-fetus” and leads to specific clinical consequences at molecular-cellular, tissue, organ, organismic population levels organization. Pathogenic action mechanism isoimmunization effect very still remains insufficiently deciphered. However, changes system organs responsible for adaptation survival play an important role pathogenesis morphofunctional disorders isoimmunization. Therefore, farms where fact state established, it necessary pay special attention creation conditions contribute normalization functional systems newborn animals. The material research was lungs, intestines, kidneys, thymus. Only fresh examined. Samples up 0.5 cm thick were taken histological examination after forced slaughter. Fixation performed neutral aqueous 10% formalin solution. Histological sections 4-6 microns made from obtained paraffin blocks, which stained hematoxylin eosin review purposes. When describing organs, structure, cellular composition, condition blood vessels observed. Isoimmunization sows during manifested by characteristic morphological differs other infectious non-infectious diseases. most pathomorphological signs are: hypoplasia, delayed differentiation, dystrophic respiratory, digestive, urinary immunogenesis.
