摘要: The relation between adenine nucleotides and cancer has already been described in literature. Considering that the enzymes ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase (E-NPP) adenosine deaminase (ADA) act together to control nucleotide levels, we aimed investigate role of these prostate (PCa). E-NPP ADA activities were determined serum platelets PCa patients controls. We also verified influence Gleason score, bone metastasis treatment enzyme activities. Platelets activity increased, whereas decreased patients. In addition, influenced may propose are involved development PCa. Moreover, modified with distinct metastasis, as well under treatment.
