摘要: Biomedical optical systems and models can be easily validated by the use of tissue-simulating phantoms. They consist water-based turbid media which often include inks (India ink molecular dyes) as absorbers. Optical stability commonly exploited under influence light, pH changes addition TiO2 surfactant, was studied. We found that exposure to ultraviolet visible light crucially affect absorption properties dyes. On average, peaks decreased 47.3% in 150 hours. Furthermore, dilution ink’s that, its decay rate exposure. When added phantoms, all dyes decayed rapidly. Photocatalytic nature partially avoided selecting with surface crystal structure modification. Surfactant, normally present phantoms polystyrene spheres, cause peak shifts up 20 nm amplitude 29.6%. Therefore, it is crucial test presented manner before their exploitation
